It is an international firm with global operations formed by highly experienced lawyers and consultants with a focus specifically on issues of International Law, International Trade, Law of the Sea and Maritime Law and comparative law.

The firm has over 20 (twenty) years of experience, having been conceived in 1995 by Professor Wagner Menezes, a professor and a lawyer with a PhD in International Law, as a cutting-edge idea focused on providing services in very specific areas of the field of law, but which are currently fundamental to international trade. Thus, it is possible to understand that the firm led the thought process of international law in Brazil, developing great know-how on the subject.

As the years went by, with the increasing complexity of the field of International Law, the firm expanded its scope of action, partly due to the resizing resulting from the transformations in society in recent years, especially global economic integration and the dynamization of international trade, as well as incorporating a larger group of lawyers and associated consultants from other countries.

Today the firm has connections and partnerships that allow it to operate not only in Latin America, but in the main economic centers of the world such as the United States, China, England, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, among others.
